October has been a busy month! We’ve been hard at work in the distillery with some exciting projects. We prepared our Signature Gin with a custom label for Navy ship ADV Cape Solander, finalised our Truffed-Up Vodka for Larry’s Pizzeria, and are perfecting the recipe for our upcoming Walnut Bitters.

Our Limecello paired with Bleu de Laqueuille was a hit at Three Blind Mice’s recent Spirit & Cheese Pairing night. This match highlights the vibrant citrus of our Limecello against creamy blue cheese —a truly unique experience!

Our latest batch of Kumquatcello is nearly sold out, so if it’s on your list, be sure to order soon! We’re not sure when we’ll make more, so don’t miss out.

Venue of the Month: The Barber Shop

Hidden amongst a back alley off Clarence Street, you'll find The Barbershop- one of the gems of the YCK laneways! The Barber Shop is a haven for all gin lovers, with an incredible selection of gins on the back bar and an even more impressive cocktail list that truly showcases the magnificence of gin!

For their current cocktail menu, our Banks & Solander Fig Gin is being highlighted in the oh so scrumptious '100 Acre Woods'! A delightful drink that consists of our Fig Gin, walnut bitters, Suze and honey. Don't miss your chance to get your hands on this signature cocktail while you can.

You'll also be able to sip on our Signature Gin while you're there and pick the bartender's brains on all things gin.

Don't be thrown off by the main entrance on York St that fronts as an actual barbershop, venture in a little further and you'll find good times ahead, just behind the big silver door.
